From Vision to Life

Our Landscape Design & Build Process

A considered outdoor space takes shape through a series of clear decisions. Understanding the site comes first; then the layout, materials and details develop around an agreed direction. Here is how that journey comes together.

01 — Start with the Site

Every property brings its own opportunities and constraints. We begin by discussing your ideas, how you want to use the space and what’s already there. Photographs, site information and a conversation about your priorities help establish the starting point.

Your part: Share your expectations, available plans and the features that matter most to you.

02 — Give the Ideas a Plan

The concept stage brings the main elements into a coordinated layout — paths, planting, water and outdoor living areas considered in relation to each other, establishing how the space will work before developing its finer details.

Your part: Review the layout and identify what feels right or needs adjustment.

03 — Explore the Look and Feel

Visual references, material directions and agreed visualisation outputs communicate the proposed character of the space — a chance to discuss how different elements sit together and whether the design reflects the atmosphere you want.

Your part: Give consolidated feedback on the proposed direction.

04 — Develop the Details

Once the direction is agreed, the design moves into the detail needed for the approved scope — dimensions, materials, interfaces and construction information that translate the idea into a buildable plan.

Your part: Review key selections and confirm the scope before work proceeds.

05 — Bring the Design to Site

Execution turns the approved plans into physical spaces. The sequence of work depends on the project, site access and the relationship between trades; changes that affect the agreed design or scope should be discussed and documented as work progresses.

Your part: Keep decisions and approvals coordinated through the agreed project contact.

06 — Prepare to Enjoy the Space

Handover is a chance to review the completed scope and understand the care your new outdoor environment needs — ask about maintenance, equipment guidance and any project-specific warranty documents. Greentek’s published pool warranty covers shell and waterproofing for five years; confirm full terms at handover.

Your part: Review the handover information and keep the relevant documents accessible.
